OpusCase is a B2B and B2C platform for premium phone cases and electronic accessories. Our services include:

  • Product information and showcase
  • Inquiry and quotation requests
  • Customer support and communication
  • Order processing (for qualified customers)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree to:

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Product images are for reference and may vary slightly from actual products due to lighting, screen calibration, or batch variations.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. We will notify you of any out-of-stock items during the ordering process.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

6. Orders and Payment

Our standard process for orders:

  2. Receive quotation with pricing and terms
  3. Confirm order and provide shipping information
  4. Receive proforma invoice for payment
  5. Complete payment via bank transfer or other accepted methods
  6. Production and shipment with tracking provided

Payment Terms: Payment must be received in full before shipment unless credit terms are pre-approved. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal (for small orders), and other methods as agreed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We use DHL, UPS, and other reputable carriers for global delivery.
  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping: 7-14 business days. Express shipping: 3-5 business days (where available).
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Free global shipping on orders over $50.
  • Risk Transfer: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exclusions: Custom-branded items (with your logo) are non-returnable. Items not in original packaging or damaged due to customer misuse may be refused.

9. Warranty

All OpusCase products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from liquid exposure (unless product is specifically rated as waterproof)
  • Products used beyond their intended purpose

To make a warranty claim, please provide: order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will assess and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

10. Wholesale and B2B

We offer wholesale pricing for business customers:

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 units per product (may vary by product)
  • Tiered Pricing: Volume discounts available for larger orders
  • Custom Branding: Custom logo printing and packaging available for orders of 500+ units
  • Sample Orders: Single-unit samples available for qualified businesses (sample fees may apply)

All wholesale orders are subject to credit approval and may require a deposit. Terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • OPUSCASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
  • WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shenzhen Opuscase Co., Limited, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Shenzhen, China, under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
